I experienced my happiest and saddest moment today. All happened in just less than half an hour. That’s what i felt since nothing interesting happened in my life lately.  Woosh….

I went for a second interview at one of the semicon company. I was first interviewed by the hardware section manager and everything went well, at least i think so. after the interview, he asked me to discuss bout the salary with the HR director and that really turned me on. I was so excited.

Then, i had this amazing interview with the HR director. She threw me a BOMB. The company can’t hire me cause their quota are off-balance. They’re newly established company and now they needed more singaporean or PR, it would be difficult for them to apply for more employment pass or S pass. Big fucking joke.

I sat there discussing with her bout myself, the company profiles, sales, services and bla bla bla and even watched a 10 minutes VCR bout the company. Then she told me

"Lets talk about something practical. Right now we will not be able to hire you since you have no work pass."

"……….."

Practical my ass. She said the other manager might have not notice this problem so sadly, no job for me. By the way, she kept on showing me the horrendous sight of her unshaven armpits. I’m pissed. Not at her armpits of course.

I wonder is this their way of rejecting me so that it won’t hurt my naive and ingenuous feelings. Ha….
