Ok, I gotta admit that I have no shame. Having the guts to put such an eye-sore picture. Guys and gals, say hello to my belly. I look like I’m few months pregnant. Haha. So, I understand the feelings of those pregnant women for carrying such weights…*crap*. It took me years to develop such sleek figure. Everyone likes to touch my big ass tummy. Some tips and experiences to share.

1. No breakfast. Sleep till 12 noon if can.

2. Have lunch if hungry. If miss lunch, no big deal.

3. Have dinner after 8 or 9 pm. It works real well.

4. Supper is a MUST!! Eat anything you like. Don’t care if it’s heavy or light meal, just fulfill ya satisfaction.

5. Always keep few bars of chocolates in fridge. It is harmless pill ecstasy. Chew the whole bar of chocolate if you’re feeling down.

6. If you’re watching movies or drama series till late night, it’s always best to have ice-creams or potato chips. I recommend vanilla ice-creams and Pringles.

7. I’m a sucker for BAK KUT TEH. If i’m not having bak kut teh for dinner, i’ll have it as supper, around 12a.m. There’s one bak kut teh restaurant at Jln Ipoh, next to Dynasty hotel, they operate till 4 a.m. and the bak kut teh are nice. No worry.

8. Cheese cakes!! Cheese cakes!! I crave for cheese cakes. If anyone buy me cheese cakes everyday, I’m so willing to be your slave.

9. Fast food are bad for health, but there’re always the best. KFC, Mcdonald’s, and bla bla bla. KFC are always great and can have it on every tuesday since there’s discount with KFC card. "It’s finger lickin’ good". There’s McDelivery, just dial 1300-13-1300 and can enjoy ya meal.

10. Lastly, do nothing but eat, sleep, eat, sleep, eat, sleep, eat, sleep, eat, sleep, eat, sleep, eat, sleep……………………………………………………….
