Me: "I send in my notebook for repairment. When will it be done?"
Acer: "Pardon?"

Me: "erm…i send in my notebook for repairment. When will it be done?"
Acer: "Hold on."

Acer: "May i have your case ID?"
Me: "sure…it’s 28085."
Acer: "Er..Mr Kenny Tan. According to here, your notebook is still pending for parts."
Me: "Ok..so..basically when can it be done?"
Acer: "We’re not sure…the latest will be by friday."
Me: "Ok. Thanks a lot."

Acer: "Yes."
Me: "I called last week. I was told that i could get my notebook by this friday, but i still haven’t received any call."
Acer: "Hold on.."

Me: "It’s 28085."
Acer: "Mr Kenny Tan…your notebook is still pending for parts."
Me: "………"
Are you kidding me??? STILL PENDING FOR PARTS!! damn….
Me: "err….how long will it take again…?"
Acer: "You can get it by another week."
Me: "..k..thanks a lot."

Acer: "Yes."
Me: "I called twice to ask about my notebook, so, is it done now?"
Acer: "Can I have your case ID?"
Me: "Sure…it’s 28085."
Acer: "According to here, it is still pending for parts."
What the fuck…how long actually will it take for the "parts" to arrive!!
Me: "I waited for 2 weeks already, so how long is it going to take AGAINNNNN…."
Acer: "Perhaps you can call this number to have a check. 03-8026 6226. But they are off on weekends. You can only call on monday to friday."
Damn…they don’t work on weekends…fuck.
Me : "Ok..sure…thanks a lot."
Slammed my fucking phone.

Press 1 for bla bla bla…
Press 2 for Technical Support
All I heard is press 2….

Acer: "Yes, may I help you?"
Me: "I was asked to call this number to check on my notebook. I send in for repairment. When will it be done?"
Acer: "Can I have your case ID?"
Me: "It’s 28085."
Acer: "Mr Kenny…We found out that there are problems with your motherboard. So..we have to change it."
This sounds more professional.
Me: "Err…so when can i get my notebook?"
Acer: "There’ll be shipment on next monday. So, the latest we can get it done is by thursday or friday."
Fuck…another damn week to go…
Me: "Ok…THANKS A LOT."

If they couldn’t fix it by this week….
